Vil Web Media and its administration provide the following products/services:
Website Design Services: DFY website design and development for local businesses and non-profit organizations.
Website Builder Application: A platform for users to create and manage their own websites (vilwebmedia.com/webapp) which must be purchased separately. This is a DIY app for website creation.
Video Creation Application: A platform for users to create and edit videos (vilwebmedia.com/vidapp) which must be purchased seperately. This is a DIY app for video creation.
3. Account Registration (If Applicable)
Users may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Website Builder and Video Creation applications. * You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. * You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
4. Payment and Fees
Fees for website design services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. * Subscription fees for the Website Builder and Video Creation applications will be displayed on the website. * All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. * Aiwebmedia.site and its administration reserve the right to change its fees at any time, with notice to users. * Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Vil Web Media's Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Vilwebmedia.com and within the applications are the property of Vilwebmedia.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Content:
You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. However, you grant AI Web Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. * You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Website Design Service Specific Terms
The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for website design projects will be defined in a separate agreement. * Client is responsible for providing necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect project timelines. * Vil Web Media retains the right to showcase completed website designs in its portfolio.
7. Website Builder & Video Creation App Specific Terms
Acceptable Use:
You agree to use the applications in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Content:
You may not use the applications to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Content Moderation:
Vil Web Media Site reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms.
Storage:
Vil Web Media Site is not responsible for the loss of user data. Users are encouraged to back up their content regularly.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
